In recognition of the challenges faced by so many during these unprecedented times, we have partnered with a local business to develop a bespoke mental health and wellbeing programme across Virtus Traffic Management Solutions Ltd and Alliance Highway Services Ltd.

“Providing support for our people needs to be much more than just placing advice leaflets and information posters around the work place. We all need to actively encourage everyone to take more care of their physical and mental health and wellbeing.

We wanted to do something to add real value, so towards the end of 2020 we engaged with mental health and wellbeing expert, Glenda Casteloes of Wellbeing Station Ltd, who is now providing a dedicated ongoing support function across our businesses, offering direct confidential engagement, advice and care for our staff and their families.

We have already realised the benefits of our commitment and received some hugely positive feedback, and have also received an encouraging amount of enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved as we introduce some very interesting wellbeing initiatives throughout the course of this year.”....
